Directions for use: After shampooing, squeeze out excess water from hair. Work a liberal amount of conditioner through hair 2 inches from scalp. Rinse with cool water. For extra conditioning, leave on for 5 minutes.

I have used Advanced Volume Conditioner--along with its partner Advanced Volume Shampoo--for YEARS now, per Nick's recommendation. By far, of any shampoo/conditioner combo these products give my limp hair the "oomph" it needs to produce body that lasts from washing to washing (I only wash my hair twice a week).
